Generator Packages are available for all price ranges, including Electric Start Gasoline Powered Portable Generators and Propane or Natural Gas Powered Standby Generators.

Maintenance includes labor and material for the following: Oil change, disposal of used oil and equipment, replacement of oil and air filters, and replacement of spark plug. HRE will conduct a load and frequency test to ensure that the installed unit is working properly.

Troubleshooting and Repair

Any repairs or service not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty will be billed at a rate of $75.00 per man hour, and material will be cost plus 20%.

Emergency Power Outages

In high volume emergency situations, H. Rocker Electric customers will always be given top priority. If service is required during a power outage due to improper use as defined by manufacturer guidelines, an emergency fee may be added.

Do It Yourself

Maintenance kits are available for purchase for customers who prefer to service their own unit.
